The Sr. Operations Manager will oversee one or more of the Central Health's service areas that support its goal of creating a comprehensive highly coordinated system of care for identified vulnerable populations in Travis County. Responsibilities for this position include daily operations oversight, operational planning, and serving as the working owner/subject matter expert associated with assigned service areas. Service areas and programs may include primary care, specialty care, urgent care, behavioral health, telemedicine, or others and may include oversight of relevant projects. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, developing and maintaining timelines, monitoring budgets and contract limits, mitigating risks, fostering sustainable relationships with community partners, and serving as a strategic thinking partner within the project team. This position will report to an Operations Director and will work closely with operations, claims payment, medical management, contracting, legal and analytics departments as well as clinical and operations leadership.

Work Experience:
5 years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, -Required OR
3 years of related work experience with a Master’s degree, and
Required and Demonstrated work experience managing clinical projects and/or clinical operations -Required
Ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical environment, either in an administrative or clinical capacity. -Preferred
Supervisory experience -Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) -Preferred
