Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end content production workflow, including editorial review and QA.
- Define and report on product operations metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacists to triage content requests based on clinical impact.
- Support product launches through effective QA and regulatory checks.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve time-to-publish.
- Act as the voice of operational reality in product discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or product operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical content, or regulated industries.
- Experience with project management tools and creating operational workflows.
- Strong data-driven approach to operations and metric development.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Background in pharmacy or clinical informatics is a plus.
