About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will be Responsible for excellence around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment as well as be responsible for end-to-end logistics for trade show material, collateral and sample distribution and own alignment with local sales function for tradeshows/collateral/sampling and improve sales & marketing productivity.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do
- Manage a marketing operations team of 6 to achieve goals and deliverables as outlined in the marketing strategy
- Senior lead and budget owner of the annual national sales meeting
- Manage team and become SME in Asana software to quantify US marketing projects and deliverables
- Manage team and execute excellence processes around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment
- Manage team and excellence processes around education workshops in coordination with brand marketing and sales
- Contribute to local market planning, A&P investment levels and KPI settings
- Analyze performance and recommendations of trade shows based on ROI
- Create and secure execution of efficient Marketing Operations
- Management of operational budgets within alignment with Brand Management A&P
- Facilitate close and effective collaboration on Marketing Operations topics between sales teams, CRM/CE teams and local Marketing organization
- Manage and secure personal development of team members
Who You Are
- 5+ years of event planning, project management, people management
- Bachelors Degree required
- Project Management – Asana , any software
- Strong Collaboration skillset
- Process Driven
- Excellent Communication
