About the Role

Essity is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will be Responsible for excellence around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment as well as be responsible for end-to-end logistics for trade show material, collateral and sample distribution and own alignment with local sales function for tradeshows/collateral/sampling and improve sales & marketing productivity.

 

The ideal candidate should/could live in Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a marketing operations team of 6 to achieve goals and deliverables as outlined in the marketing strategy
  • Senior lead and budget owner of the annual national sales meeting
  • Manage team and become SME in Asana software to quantify US marketing projects and deliverables
  • Manage team and execute excellence processes around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment​
  • Manage team and excellence processes around education workshops in coordination with brand marketing and sales
  • Contribute to local market planning, A&P investment levels and KPI settings​
  • Analyze performance and recommendations of trade shows based on ROI
  • Create and secure execution of efficient Marketing Operations
  • Management of operational budgets within alignment with Brand Management A&P​
  • Facilitate close and effective collaboration on Marketing Operations topics between sales teams, CRM/CE teams and local Marketing organization​
  • Manage and secure personal development of team members

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of event planning, project management, people management
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Project Management – Asana , any software
  • Strong Collaboration skillset
  • Process Driven
  • Excellent Communication
