How will you make an impact?

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations for PSG Strategic Accounts supports the 25-30 biopharma clients that drive more than 50% of PSG’s annual revenues. This role creates templates, simplifies work, and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes.  You will optimize the formats, systems, and frameworks used for executive-level internal reporting and client meetings. The ideal candidate combines commercial fluency with excellent project management skills. They confidently engage senior collaborators and can lead without authority, influencing and aligning cross-functional teams. This role requires a bias for action and the agility to thrive in a diverse, matrix environment. This position will report to our Senior Director, Strategic Accounts. Success will be measured by internal collaboration, building trust with PSG executives, and scaling tools and processes that advance PSG partnerships.

What will you do?

Value Creation:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective executive-level communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize tools (e.g., Microsoft, My Supply, Power BI, AI, automated data flows) used for internal team reporting and client-facing content for executive-level meetings.
  • Summarize and help shape the Strategic Accounts value proposition for internal and client use.  Make recommendations based on trends and insights from reported data.
  • Help the team to identify standards and areas for improvement as they maintain and action account growth plans and deliver projects aligned with strategic objectives and growth targets.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with peers to share standard processes and develop new or generally applicable client strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, consistent follow-up and communications that drive execution of assigned projects.
  • As requested, represent the Strategic Accounts team with other groups and functions to administer customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.

How will you get here?

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, sales analysis/operations, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional initiative and ownership to achieve results.
  • Strong understanding of customer and business needs and a passion for improving and simplifying sales processes to enable productive collaborations.
  • Driven project leader with robust prioritization skills, able to lead multiple complex initiatives in parallel while maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Resilient and creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, applies structured approaches (e.g., A3 management), and develops practical solutions that unlock transformational growth.
  • Excels in a diverse, matrixed environment, building alignment across diverse collaborators and functions.
  • Demonstrates strong virtual presence and ability to build trust and engagement in remote settings.
  • Demonstrates executive presence and professional communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and travel up to 10%.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $130,000.00–$177,200.00.
