How will you make an impact?
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations for PSG Strategic Accounts supports the 25-30 biopharma clients that drive more than 50% of PSG’s annual revenues. This role creates templates, simplifies work, and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes. You will optimize the formats, systems, and frameworks used for executive-level internal reporting and client meetings. The ideal candidate combines commercial fluency with excellent project management skills. They confidently engage senior collaborators and can lead without authority, influencing and aligning cross-functional teams. This role requires a bias for action and the agility to thrive in a diverse, matrix environment. This position will report to our Senior Director, Strategic Accounts. Success will be measured by internal collaboration, building trust with PSG executives, and scaling tools and processes that advance PSG partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $130,000.00–$177,200.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
