The Senior Manager – Site Merchandising, Business Operations plays a vital role in optimizing Site Merchandising team operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This person will boost eCommerce performance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and streamline the Site Merchandising team's agility by establishing efficient processes and scalable best practices.
You bring hands‑on Site Merchandising experience such as category management, onsite messaging, campaigns/events, shelf/page building, promo techniques, and can translate it into best practices.
You have an incredible focus on operational excellence and can identify efficiencies through clear metrics and dashboards, raising quality while reducing cycle time and rework.
You handle ambiguity well, build structure, and aim to simplify.
You lead by influence, building trust quickly across Category Site Merch, Analytics, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
You possess strong project and program management abilities, work independently to facilitate processes, coordinate a wide range of stakeholders, and provide clear direction even in uncertain situations.
You’ve optimized large‑scale support operations (e.g., offshore/BPO) through automation, process review and playbooks.
You’re a data‑driven problem solver who turns insights into action; comfortable with Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
Identifying and executing opportunities for mindful process improvement opportunities that streamline and simplify Site Merchandising team operations.
Facilitate strategic programs that involve multiple teams and stakeholders, managing key deliverables to foster innovation and improve site conversion.
Structuring complex problems and driving cross‑vertical initiatives from intake through launch; maintaining timelines, and action trackers.
Collaborating as a trusted business partner with internal teams to scale governance, standards, and continuous improvement across Site Merch.
Increase automation and AI tools adoption to remove manual steps and accelerate execution.
Optimizing support operations by improving triage, queue/tier design, macros/templates, AI Automation, and SLA adherence for a large offshore/external team supporting all SBUs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field and 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce site merchandising/site operations or a related area.
Hands‑on project and program management experience within eCommerce.
Proven process design & improvement experience; practical Lean/Six Sigma exposure (methods such as DMAIC, root‑cause, value‑stream mapping).
Excels at cross‑functional leadership and influencing without direct authority.
Proven ability to excel both independently and in cross-functional teams while consistently achieving top performance.
Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
Strategic mindset with ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems
Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions, and thirst for continuous improvement. Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel skills are preferred
Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
8 years related experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Site Merchandising, Analytics or related field
Master’s degree in business or related field
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
