JOB TITLE: Senior Logistics Coordinator or Carrier Management Specialist
LOCATION: Burlington, ON
SALARY RANGE: $65,000-85,000 + bonus (experience dependent)

What Will You Do?

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers to support ongoing business needs
• Support pricing, negotiations, and overall procurement strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
• Monitor shipments and help resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to overall operational efficiency

What Do You Bring?

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with refrigerated shipments is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
