Senior IT PM – Supply Chain & Operations

We are currently searching for a Senior IT PM – Supply Chain & Operations:

Responsibilities:

• Manage 3–4 concurrent initiatives within the Supply Chain and Operations portfolios, maintaining high delivery velocity and quality.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation and rigorous change control for complex operations delivery.
• Lead implementations and optimizations of specialized systems (Softeon WMS, Oracle, GAINS, Descartes, OTM, aSa, or Axonify).
• Manage hybrid delivery models, coordinating both onshore and offshore contract development resources.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable workstreams with a high degree of autonomy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and lead governance and stakeholder priority management across complex workstreams.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Supply Chain/Operations IT project delivery.
• Direct experience with WMS, ERP, or Logistics platforms (e.g., Softeon, Oracle, OTM, GAINS).
• Strong mastery of PMI-based competency areas and SDLC; experience with iterative/Agile delivery is preferred.
• Expert-level vendor and complex relationship management involving senior leadership.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Desired:

• Experience with Axonify or aSa platforms.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
