JOB SUMMARY
As we continue to invest in our Financial Planning & Analysis organization, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to work in our Integrated Supply Chain team. This individual, reporting to our Global FP&A Leader, will collaborate with our Chief Operating Officer, VP of Manufacturing, VP of Procurement, and site level teams to drive optimal performance in SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost/Cash) This role will also have significant visibility to senior leadership including the CEO, CFO and COO given ~80% of our cost basis resides in our Supply Chain. This role is located onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Sharonville, OH.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and budgeting processes
- Manage the budgeting process and perform ongoing variance analysis to ensure that financial targets are met
- Provide regular financial reports and presentations to stakeholders including data on site cost performance & raw material inflation/deflation
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct financial analysis to support procurement decision making and recommend strategies to improve financial results
- Partner with our Business Intelligence Analyst to build out dashboards connecting financial results with operational KPIs/Metrics e.g.shop output, cost per pound, variable cost productivity
- Establish a process to aggregate & prioritize CAPEX spend requests
- Manage ad-hoc information or analysis requests as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
- Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or PowerBI a plus, but not required
- Experience in a Supply Chain environment, and a proven track record of analyzing complex financial data, managing budgets, and developing financial models is preferred.
- Candidate should reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable daily commute of our Corporate Headquarters in Sharonville, OH

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
