A growing software company in the fitness space is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance & Operations team. This is a high-impact role supporting financial planning, strategy, and business operations, with direct exposure to leadership.
This is a broad scope position that goes beyond traditional FP&A. You’ll work across finance, operations, and strategy while partnering closely with leadership on key business initiatives. The role offers strong visibility and a clear path for growth into a Finance & Strategy Manager position.
Responsibilities
-Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
-Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
-Analyze revenue, pricing, retention, and monetization to support strategic initiatives.
-Partner with leadership on projects such as new product launches and business expansion efforts.
-Support People Operations processes including compensation benchmarking and onboarding coordination.
-Collaborate with external accounting and tax partners to ensure accuracy and alignment.
-Maintain and improve internal systems and tools such as Carta, Justworks, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
-Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other teams to drive execution and performance.
Qualifications
-2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
-Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
-Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
-Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or high-growth companies preferred
-Understanding of key SaaS metrics such as ARR, LTV, CAC, and churn is a plus
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Carta, Deel, or Justworks is a plus.
