The Senior Director of General Services & Supply Chain Optimization (GSD/SCO) will manage and strategically plan all verticals within the General Services Department, including Building Services, Fleet, Imaging, Printing, and Mail Operations. In addition to leading these operational areas, the Senior Director will collaborate across the broader Supply Chain Management division to provide guidance and insight into policies and cross functional initiatives.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee Building Services to ensure optimization in daily operations including space planning initiatives.
- Direct Fleet initiatives including fleet count, use of analytics and reporting, enhance use of resource and day-to-day operations.
- Plan, administer and coordinate the operations Imaging & Printing including process enhancements to reduce backlogs in each unit.
- Oversee critical infrastructure and GSD contracts to codify best practices in maintenance, repairs, and contract usage.
- Serve as a direct liaison between operational units and central office.
- Develop and manage long-term purchasing strategy for all keys spend categories.
- Develop strategy for leveraging suppliers on common goods or services for cost, service, and performance enhancements.
- Act as a change management leader to mature supply chain model across all Supply Chain Management Verticals.
- Collaborate with Procurement to strategically align contracts.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that maintain strict accountability, while ensuring timely and high-quality service to customers.
- Understand overall supply chain constraints and coordinate activities to ensure all resources are exercised.
- Ensure vendors have solid business interruption plan in place, update and fully understand the vendor supply risks, and proactively manage them to ensure continuous supply.
- Set, manage, and deliver the targeted savings approach.
- Advise senior management on all cross functional supply chain strategies.
- Develop, empower, and recruit talent and provide mentoring and coaching for team members.
- Identify opportunities for greater system integration and systems efficiency to support operational and performance management, and drive automation of manual processes.

ADMINISTRATIVE STOREKEEPER - 10038
1. Six years of full-time progressively responsible experience in warehousing operations at least 18 months of which must have been in a managerial or administrative capacity requiring independent decision-making concerning management or planning, allocation of resources and the scheduling and assignment of work; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above. Education may be substituted for the general administrative experience (but not for the 18 months of managerial experience described above) at the rate of 1 year of college for 6 months of experience up to a maximum of 4 years of college for 2 years of experience.
