As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, remaining visible to support a secure environment, and communicating professionally with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
• Assist with access control procedures for personnel, visitors, and vehicles as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
