As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, using calm and problem-solving approaches to manage emergencies.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to relay information and instructions related to security-related protocols and procedures.
• Document and report all incidents, communications, and activities accurately in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance in a professional manner.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities by maintaining active communication and awareness throughout the location.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following security-related procedures and contributing to emergency response activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
