Seasonal Warehouse Material Handler - 3rd Shift

Pay: $17.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential - On Demand pay available (access a portion of your pay before pay day) Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime including Friday (9:00pm-5:00am) Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Accurately label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment Safely load product to correct carrier for shipment Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues This position requires continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs+ Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special: Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment
