Job Summary:


The Seasonal Warehouse Associate will assist with printing and shipping operations during our peak season. In this role, you will be responsible for printing materials, packaging orders, and ensuring timely shipments. This is a part-time role working 15 to 20 hours a week.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Printing & Production: 

  • Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality materials. 
  • Ensure correct formatting, alignment, and quality control of printed items. 
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on printers and related equipment. 

Order Fulfillment & Shipping: 

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. 
  • Label packages and verify shipping details to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Organize inventory and maintain stock of printing supplies. 

Warehouse Support: 

  • Keep the work area clean and organized. 
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies as needed. 
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. 

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills for managing orders and printing software. 

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. 
  • Prior experience in printing, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required. 

Physical Demands

  • This position must occasionally lift between 25-50 lbs. 
  • Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.

Work Environment

  • Moderate noise (ex. business office with computers, printers, and light traffic) is common.
