  • The Manager, Sales Operations, AMER Sales is responsible for sales strategy and operations for select territories within AMER Enterprise and Commercial Sales
  • In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor for multiple senior level stakeholders, aligning operational initiatives with revenue objectives and effectively designing and implementing sales plans and coverage models that support overall business growth
  • In this role, you will be expected to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and develop actionable plans that optimize resources, enhance sales productivity, and motivate our salesforce to deliver business results
  • Strategic Business Partnership:
  • Consults on the creation and development of AMER Sales strategy and annual operational plan to deliver sales targets and associated key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Engages with senior management to identify and prioritize key sales programs/initiatives, and effectively represents AMER Sales in these programs/initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to AMER sales leadership, providing local insights & recommendations to optimize performance
  • Supports our sales leaders to plan, manage, and execute their sales strategy
  • Annual Sales Planning:
  • Leads AMER GTM annual sales planning processes (e.g. application of segmentation & targeting insights, sales quotas, territory design, resource allocation) for their respective territories and motions
  • Ensures operational plan aligns with the overall CRO sales growth strategy, differentiated across sales segments & motions for resource allocation, coverage planning, and incentive planning
  • Program Support / Implementation
  • Implements & manages sales operations processes to ensure reliable execution on key initiatives, programs and performance tracking
  • Develops key performance indicators (KPI’s) in collaboration with AMER LT and establishes a process to track and report progress
  • Identifies enhancements to sales operations processes or services and works across the organization to have them implemented
  • Forecast Support & Reporting:
  • Enables sales on dashboard functionalities that are available on a self-serve basis
  • Supports forecasting needs related to pipeline hygiene and E.D.G.E. methodology for their sales leaders
  • Conducts quarterly assessments of quota attainment and overall team performance
  • Supports ad hoc data requests related to performance metrics, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, for their sales leaders
