Arco is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead and develop our team of skilled service professionals. As a cornerstone of our operations, this role will ensure we continue providing homeowners with outstanding service while driving team success and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead sales and service operations to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Set clear sales, performance, and operational goals aligned with company objectives
• Coach technicians on sales effectiveness, customer communication, and service quality
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing consistent feedback and accountability
• Ensure exceptional residential service delivery and a positive customer experience
• Provide field support to technicians to improve close rates, job efficiency, and compliance with standards
• Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing technicians in partnership with the hiring team
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring:

• 4-5+ years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.
• A passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving team success.
• Proven ability to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and decisive.
• Tech-savvy approach with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
