Description The Sales Operations Intern supports the organizational and administrative side of the sales process. This role focuses on tracking outreach activity, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the sales and recruiting pipeline runs smoothly.
This internship is ideal for students interested in operations, analytics, systems, or the behind-the-scenes side of sales.
Responsibilities
Track calls, emails, and scheduling activity
Maintain accurate records in internal systems or CRM tools
Support interview scheduling and coordination
Assist with reporting and pipeline organization
Identify gaps or follow-up needs in outreach activity
Support the sales team with operational tasks
