Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of customer service, logistics, inventory administration, and internal operational processes. This role works cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, and production teams to help ensure smooth and efficient operations across the business.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer delivery requirements and communicate with customers regarding shipment timing and related inquiries
  • Manage and respond to operational and customer service emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Support procurement, logistics, and inventory-related administrative functions as required
  • Assist with month-end inventory counts and reconciliation activities
  • Coordinate and track movement of raw materials and finished goods
  • Support invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable administration as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal tracking systems
  • Assist in identifying and prioritizing key customer requirements to support operational planning
  • Collaborate with logistics and internal departments to support routing and delivery coordination
  • Provide administrative and operational support to internal sales and customer-facing teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and communication workflows
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident phone manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues where needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively within tight timelines and changing priorities
  • Experience in customer service, operations coordination, logistics, or administration is considered an asset
