Role Description The Sales Logistics Manager is a full-time, remote job role based in Saint Lazare, QC. This role is responsible for managing and growing the customer accounts you bring, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and converting opportunities into profitable freight movements. The Sales Logistics Manager coordinates end-to-end logistics for project cargo and over-dimensional loads, including route planning support, scheduling, documentation, and liaison with operations, dispatch, and drivers. Daily tasks include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting follow-ups with prospects and existing clients, and monitoring shipments to ensure service quality, safety, and on-time performance. The role also involves collaborating on pricing strategies, supporting cross-border freight processes, resolving service issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of logistics and customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem resolution, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or related B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, including coordination of inbound/outbound flows and understanding of carrier and shipper requirements.
  • Hands-on Logistics Management experience, ideally with over-dimensional, heavy-haul, or project cargo operations.
  • Ability to work remote near and around Saint Lazare, QC, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), routing tools, and standard freight documentation; cross-border experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and safety.
  • Post-secondary education in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working proficiency in English; French language skills are an advantage
