Leidos, Inc., the implementer for Ameren Illinois' award-winning energy efficiency programs, seeks a Retail Products & Ecommerce Data Operations Coordinator to perform a range of tasks supporting the Energy Efficiency Program. The successful candidate must be organized, possess tremendous attention to detail, be a self-starter, and must be able to handle confidential information while supporting the Retail Products & Ecommerce Manager and Residential Data Team.

The Retail Products & Ecommerce Data Operations Coordinator is a trusted source to the holistic Residential program’s business operations and activities. This position will report to the Residential Data Team Manager but will also require strong coordination, collaboration, and support provided for the Retail Products & Ecommerce Initiative Manager and Residential Program Manager. This position will also perform an extensive array of administrative operational tasks, along with providing support to the Ameren Illinois customer.

Location: Candidate will need to be located within commuting distance to our Peoria IL office for a Hybrid working schedule. (2-3 days per week  in office) *Hybrid schedule can be subject to change as needed due to Program/Company requirements.

The Challenge:

  • Manage Retail Products Initiative data accurately and thoroughly, ensuring quality, integrity, accuracy, and consistency. 
  • Be able to interpret data and analyze results.
  • Assist Retail Products & ECommerce Initiative Manager and Residential Data Team Manager with processing invoices, verifying eligibility, submitting invoices to Accounts Payable, and tracking invoice status.
  • Document meeting notes and action items for Residential meetings/calls.
  • Compile and deliver weekly and ad hoc reporting as applicable.
  • Assist Residential Data Team with application entry and cleanup, as necessary.
  • Utilize the CRM database and propose process streamlining.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, printing, and copying.
  • Assist with the compilation of Retail Products distributor and manufacturer agreements.
  • Work closely with the Residential Call Center to track and report customer inquiries and product returns/exchanges.

What Sets You Apart: (Basic Qualifications)

  • High School diploma with one plus (1+) years’ experience
  • Microsoft Suite knowledge, specifically with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Database knowledge and data entry skills required.
  • One plus (1+) years of Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • Capability to organize and record documents and files.
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide prompt responses in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities through task completion.
  • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.

You Might also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Experience prompting Artificial Intelligence to complete tasks and reviewing quality of results for accuracy.
  • Dashboard development utilizing Salesforce, Microsoft PowerBI, or Microsoft Excel.

Although this role will primarily support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program, Leidos will be the employer of the person, Ameren Illinois does not take any role in selecting the person for employment, and Ameren Illinois will not have any role in managing the work performed by the person.

Pay Range $35,750.00 - $64,625.00
