The Role

We’re looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our energetic and supportive Burswood Industrial team!

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, building relationships and connecting great people with great opportunities, this could be the role for you. You’ll join an experienced team, work across a diverse range of industries and roles, and have the opportunity to grow your recruitment skills while working from a warm, well-established desk with no cold sales calls required.

Every day will bring something different - from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing people into exciting opportunities with our clients. You’ll have the support of an experienced team around you, while building your own expertise and career within the recruitment industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
  • Deploying candidates to a number of our clients across a variety of industry sectors
  • Conducting and recording reference checks
  • Ability to meet deadlines and KPI’s
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
  • Effective database management
  • Data entry and compliance duties
  • Being part of a team environment and contributing equally


Skills and experience

In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing or a fast-paced customer-focused environment is desirable, but not essential. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident, friendly phone manner
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the energy to motivate yourself and others around you
  • Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
