Are you compassionate, energetic, and dependable individual who enjoys working with seniors? St Martha Campus in Downingtown is seeking a versatile and resident-focused Resident Services & Transportation Coordinator to join our team!

This unique position combines transportation services, recreational activities, and personalized resident hospitality to enhance the overall quality of life of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Services-Bus Driver

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, recreational outings, and community events.

• Assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle, including those utilizing mobility devices.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable transportation environment.

• Follow all facility transportation policies and safety procedures.

Recreation & Activities- Activities Aide

• Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting engaging recreational and social activities.

• Assist with special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings.

• Promote resident independence, socialization, and emotional weel-being.

• Support the Recreational Department in creating a positive and stimulating environment.

Resident Experience-Care Concierge

• Provide personalized assistance to residents and families to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience.

• Respond to resident requests promptly, professionaly, and courteously.

• Assist new residents with orientation and adjustment to the facility.

• Serve as a friendly, supportive point of contact for resident needs and concerns.

• Collaborate with nursing, recreation, social services, and other departments to promote resident satisfaction.

• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Prior experience working in a nursing home, senior living community, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Experience in resident activites, customer service, or transportation a plus.

• Strong intrapersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary team.

• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with seniors.

• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs safely and in accordance with facility policy.
