Rental Operations Coordinator - Grande Prairie

Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Rental Operations Coordinator to work with our team at our Grande Prairie branch.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily rental operations to ensure timely availability, preparation, shipment, tracking, and return of rental equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, serialized asset tracking, and equipment utilization data to support operational and business objectives.
• Support internal and external customers by coordinating rental equipment requirements while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Operations, Service, and Shop Personnel to ensure efficient execution of rental orders and equipment movements.
• Coordinate mobilization, demobilization and transfers of rental equipment to customer locations and AMS branches.
• Liaise with Production Supervisors, Lead Hands, and Shop Personnel regarding equipment repair, assembly, testing, inspection, and readiness for deployment.
• Coordinate equipment returns and ensure assets are inspected, documented, and routed for repair, recertification, or inventory as required.
• Support cycle counts, annual inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Generate reports related to rental utilization, inventory levels, equipment movements, customer requirements, and asset performance.
• Assist with forecasting equipment demand based on customer activity, market trends, and historical utilization data.
• Maintain rental documentation and records in accordance with Stream-Flo quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental, regulations or policies
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in rental operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, customer service, or a related function.
• Previous experience with wellhead equipment, frac equipment, pressure control equipment, or oilfield rental operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of high-pressure wellhead and pressure control equipment would be considered an asset.
• Experience with inventory management, serialized asset tracking, and equipment utilization reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Working knowledge and experience with ERP systems and inventory management software such as SAP.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license.
