In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and scaling treasury processes for innovative products and geographic expansions. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational readiness for new offerings, focusing on liquidity, capital management, and compliance controls. This position not only requires technical expertise but also involves collaboration with product, finance, and engineering teams to drive strategic decision-making. Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end treasury fund flow design and implementation for new products and geo-expansions.
- Evaluate liquidity, capital, and funding impacts of complex new products, driving efficient capital allocation.
- Architect and oversee treasury workflows spanning on-chain and banking integrations.
- Establish internal control procedures for safeguarding assets and regulatory compliance.
- Drive treasury policy alignment with product evolution, ensuring operational best practices.
- Lead the operational readiness of new product flows, transitioning them into steady-state operations.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and transparency within treasury processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Treasury Operations or related fields, preferably in Financial Services or Fintech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of digital asset mechanics and liquidity management practices.
- Experience implementing internal controls in high-volume transactional environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and V-Lookup.
