Accountabilities
- Oversee and implement strategic solutions in Facilities Management systems.
- Drive vendor management and contract negotiations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in technology solutions management.
- Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
- Experience with Facilities Management tools such as CMMS and Asset Management Tools.
