Our client operates a multi-store wireless retail network and is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to oversee retail execution, carrier alignment, and performance delivery.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between carrier direction and in-store execution, ensuring promotions, standards, and sales initiatives are consistently delivered.
Responsibilities
Own the relationship and reporting cadence with the carrier partner
Translate carrier initiatives into clear, executable actions for retail teams
Oversee sales performance, outbound activity, and local market engagement
Manage Store Managers and drive accountability across locations
Standardize processes and improve execution consistency
Address underperforming locations with hands-on leadership
Candidate Profile
Previous experience within TELUS, Bell, or Rogers environments
Multi-unit retail leadership exposure
Strong command of sales operations and execution discipline
