We are seeking a Regional Financial Operations Manager to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, 

you will lead the region’s Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Collections functions across multiple operating entities. This role oversees transactional finance operations, ensure strong internal controls, and support working capital performance across a complex, multi-entity region. You will interact daily with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal finance partners to ensure disciplined processing, professional communication, and operational excellence.


What You'll Be Doing 

  • Lead the region’s Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Collections functions to ensure accurate and timely transactional processing.
  • Oversee invoicing, cash application, collections activity, and vendor payment cycles.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for billing disputes, credit memos, and vendor inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate AR aging and support regional cash flow forecasting.
  • Monitor and improve key working capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and aging health.
  • Ensure AR and AP sub-ledgers reconcile to the general ledger monthly in partnership with RSA and RAM teams.
  • Maintain strong internal controls over cash receipts, disbursements, approvals, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs, workflows, and approval routing standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Accounting Clerks and Collection Specialists.
  • Partner with Regional Finance Leadership to align on operational priorities and team performance.
  • Support ERP enhancements, audit requirements, and close-related coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and customer/vendor experience.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 


What You Bring 

  • Post secondary education (degree or diploma) in in Accounting or other related fields.
  • Three to six (3-6) years of experience in accounting, finance operations, AR/AP, or transactional finance environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in leadership roles, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Strong understanding of AR, AP, collections processes, and related internal controls.
  • Proven financial project management skills, including cost analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in multi-entity, decentralized, or high-volume environments preferred.
  • People management expertise, with a track record of coaching and developing accounting professionals and teams.
  • Exceptional skills in financial software and reporting tools (ERP systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive, Excel, financial modeling).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
