Job Summary:
The Recreation Program Lead position is an integral part of the City of Greeley’s Recreation Division and is responsible for the on-site supervision and management of recreation facilities, services, programs, and events. The Recreation Program Lead will report to the Recreation Coordinator and serve as a main point of contact and staff member in charge in the absence of full-time professional staff, providing oversight and leadership to hourly staff and volunteers. Upon hire and undergoing all necessary training, the Recreation Program Lead is expected to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment, effectively serving all areas of the facility and/or program.

Minimum Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license including clean driving record.
Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire required.

Category A-Standard Local Travel: This position requires occasional local travel within the County. Employees may be expected to walk or drive short distances to attend meetings, trainings, or perform work at other city buildings or partner sites.
