Receiving Warehouse and Material Handler Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Receiving Warehouse Clerk to join our 1st Shift team in Arden, NC. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving raw materials, and supporting our warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials and finished products. 
• Receive all shipments electronically into the ERP system. 
• Examine incoming materials to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met. 
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and confirm accuracy of received items. 
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control tasks. 
• Support warehouse operations, including safe material handling and organization. 
• Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse operations. 
• Ability to work safely in a wet, noisy, and non-temperature-controlled environment. 
• Forklift certification or willingness to train. 
• Experience with supply chain, material handling, and ERP systems preferred. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications. 
• A self-starter with strong prioritization skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am-6:30 pm
