In this pivotal role, you will take charge of various financial and operational activities related to drug rebates. This includes processing invoices and preparing detailed reports while resolving disputes with drug manufacturers. Your analytical skills will significantly impact clients' satisfaction and efficiency in managing rebate programs. Accountabilities
- Analyze disputed data and resolve disputes with drug manufacturers.
- Assist clients with pharmacy audits by providing requested information and support.
- Process billing for over 800 manufacturers and conduct quality assurance.
- Conduct pre-invoicing reviews and ensure accuracy in drug rebate claims.
- Perform financial reconciliation with the State on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Act as the main point of contact for rebate programs with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with service contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to develop competence in proprietary systems and databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with managed healthcare and pharmacy services.
