Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a QC Lead to support quality-control operations for our Autograph Operations team. This role reports into our Quality Control department and is responsible for ensuring that the autographs that make it into our product are of the highest caliber, inventoried & documented properly, and delivered on-time for production. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, experience leading teams and coaching junior team members on new processes & tech. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively leads and manages small teams within Quality Control
  • Reviews product calendars on a weekly basis to manage upcoming pack outs, receipt of products, and other key dates
  • Maintains and upholds the quality control standards within Autograph Operations
  • Partners with quality control teams in manufacturing to resolve quality issues and develop more efficient, streamlined quality control processes
  • Supervises the end-to-end receipt process of sticker and on-card autographs daily
  • Facilitates quality control trainings to newly onboarded associates and re-trainings for existing associates monthly
  • Leads and owns the end-to-end process for the secure storage and organization of high-value autographs in inventory room, to include planning inventory room layout and management of all on-card inventory
  • Effectively manages temp labor, to include timesheets, absences, improvement tracker, and productivity to always ensure temp labor stays on task
  • Supervises product pack outs, ensuring on-time delivery and 100% accountability for all cards delivered to vendors

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a relatable field, preferred
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. at once, preferred
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), required
  • Prior experience with data management systems, a plus
  • Prior experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
