SUMMARY: The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our supply chain and production operations. Working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams, this role ensures that materials, components, and finished goods are accurately tracked, efficiently procured, and consistently maintained within our ERP system. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced IoT hardware environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in ERP system to maintain and update transactions related to purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing, and shipping.
Analyze supply chain activity using ERP reporting tools and provide visibility into production needs.
Ensure all master data, settings, and records remain accurate and current.
Track shipping information of incoming and outgoing materials, providing visibility to internal stakeholders and escalating risks that may impact production schedules or customer commitments.
Resolve discrepancies or delays with suppliers or logistics carriers.
Participate in continuous improvement projects that strengthen purchasing, inventory accuracy, and ERP data.
Improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and system processes in partnership with cross functional teams.
Develop documentation of department processes, procedures, and workflows.
Manage day‑to‑day ERP transactional activities, with the expectation of expanding responsibilities to support advanced functionality and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Required experience and skills:
Minimum 6 months experience with a mid‑market ERP system (typically used in a company of $25M to $1000M of sales).
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with proven ability to maintain accurate records, track multiple transactions simultaneously, and ensure timely updates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desired experience and skills:
Experience using ERP function in material control, purchasing, scheduling, or production is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Epicor is a strong asset to the role but is not required.
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing, IoT hardware, or high‑volume production environments is beneficial but not required.
Ability to speak Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is considered an asset.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lifting requirements up to 10 pounds.
Requires sitting for periods of time and occasional mobility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Minimal noise.
