At Cleveland Clinic, innovative educational efforts are a cornerstone of our mission. As Program Manager II, you will work on projects to bring in and retain caregivers on our teams. This position is a rewarding opportunity, offering growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and numerous development resources. You gain extensive exposure across the institute and departments, helping facilitate the start of an exciting path in Administration and Program Management.  

 

A caregiver in this position works full-time| days| 8:00am—5:00pm. 

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.  

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training  

  • OR Associate’s Degree and 5 years of experience  

  • OR Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
