Production Worker / Assembly Line - Day Shift

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker / Assembly Line team member to join our manufacturing facility on the day shift. This role is essential in supporting the assembly and production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing tools, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and schematics
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment safely and efficiently
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics
• Follow safety protocols at all times during operation of machinery and handling of materials

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Warehouse experience including familiarity with inventory management is advantageous

Pay: $16.75-$16.90 per hour
