We are currently seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our growing team. This position will be located in our Balzac, AB. location.
Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Component Repair, the Component Repair Production Planner is responsible for coordination, communication, and scheduling of repair work to internal customers.
Duties
The duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Liaise with the production leaders in component repair to coordinate internal repair activity to meet the completion timelines for gas turbine engine MRO scopes.
- Communicate updates and status to the depot operations team – Projects and Production
- Attend depot production meetings on behalf of the component repair team.
- Develop reporting tools and track/report departmental KPI’s.
- Complete the internal invoicing process for each engine scope.
- Develop and maintain the price catalogue for the various internal repair capabilities.
- Support CR Leadership with internal financial reporting, financial analysis and OEM reporting.
- Assist the component repair parts coordinators with the management of inventory, provisioning work and issuing of replacement parts to the shop floor.
- Increase knowledge of the QHSE Policies and Manuals and maintain a positive attitude towards the health and safety of myself and my coworkers.
- Take ownership of QHSE issues and demonstrate enthusiasm and support for HSE.
- Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, Component Repair.

The minimum training and/or educational requirement for this role is 2 years related experience or a combination of education and experience that allows the individual to adequately perform the role, determined by the Senior Manager, Component Repair.
