Accountabilities
- Lead change management to keep stakeholders informed of product changes.

- Establish cross-functional partnerships and support data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 7+ years in operations strategy, product management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven impact on user experience.
- Proficient in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams; skilled in data-driven decision-making.
- Motivated and innovative, with capabilities in AI-driven tools and automation.
