Job Description

As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll lead the way in how products move from delivery to shelf, how the store looks and feels for customers, and how your team learns and succeeds together. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll build confidence, sharpen your skills, and be supported by an experienced store and regional leadership team.

What you’ll focus on

Lead daily operations with confidence

  • Support the smooth movement of products from truck to shelf
  • Help manage inventory flow, replenishment, and markdowns
  • Use sales results and operational data to understand what’s working and where to improve
  • Take ownership of action plans that help the store operate efficiently and profitably

Bring the store to life

  • Help lead visual presentation and merchandising standards
  • Support store resets, collection changes, and promotional setups
  • Partner with store leadership and visual teams to keep the space customer‑friendly and inspiring

Grow as a people leader

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of team members
  • Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback
  • Help team members grow their skills and confidence
  • Contribute to engagement, retention, and a positive team culture

Put customers first

  • Make decisions with the customer experience in mind
  • Support new ways of working, including technology that improves how customers shop
  • Ensure customers can navigate and enjoy the store independently or with team support

Learn safe, strong leadership practices

  • Support health and safety standards in the store
  • Participate in occupational health and safety initiatives
  • Learn how to manage risk while keeping people at the center of decisions

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • Have 2–3 years of management or key‑holder experience in retail or a customer‑focused environment
  • Are excited to develop your people leadership skills
  • Enjoy hands‑on work and being active on the sales floor
  • Are curious, open to feedback, and willing to try new approaches
  • Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Are comfortable lifting and moving product with proper tools and techniques
  • A university degree is an asset but not required
