DescriptionSummary:
Responsible for managing and optimizing of the supply chain. Responsibilities include: material planning, inventory management, supplier delivery performance, and working capital efficiency. This role involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders, third-party service providers, logistics, warehouse, operations, accounts payable, to ensure seamless supply operations.
The selected candidate must reside near and be able to regularly work on-site at one of our Residential Operations (Res Ops) Oracle locations, following a hybrid work schedule

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: for the following objections and supporting actions/tasks. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage daily execution of purchased materials to support Operations: placing Purchase Orders, managing exceptions, supplier on time delivery, expedite determination, inventory strategy calibration and execution, and invoice resolution.
- Collaborate with suppliers on component demand forecasts, supplier stocking program, ordering methods, inventory levels, safety stock, and lead time improvement opportunities.
- Evaluating forecasts and identifying capacity concerns, recognize supply/demand issues impacting order flow, and communicate constraints remediation to the network when necessary.
- Maintain and manage procurement attributes/settings on all purchased items.
- Develop future state objectives to achieve operational excellence, including working capital and supplier on-time delivery goals.
- Monitoring supplier shipments and acting accordingly with serviceable solutions for operations. (Purchase order outliers, critical overdue and exception process, open supply gaps, deviations, cycle adjustment report, etc.)
- Collaborating with suppliers to address performance issues, including on-time deliveries and product quality.
- Working in partnership with Supplier Performance Management, Category Management, Cost Management & Analytics, Plant Receiving/Stockrooms, Operations, and New Product Introduction (NPI) on strategic initiatives.

QualificationsEducation and/or Experiences:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Transportation/Logistics. Will consider candidates with 3-5yrs of hands-on experience in Supply Chain in leu of educational requirements.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Act as a mentor/manager to other team members, utilizing influence without authority.
- Proven ability to analyze, present, summarize, and provide recommendations.
- Demonstrated understanding of interactions across Materials Requirement Planning, EOQ, MOQ, Safety Stock, and Material Lead Time.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Influence: The ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and team members to achieve desired outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges and find creative solutions.
- Analytical: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed supply chain decisions.
- Desire to Learn: A strong willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies in supply chain management is important.
