Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an individual who has the following skills & abilities to join our Procurement Team:

• Apply critical and strategic thinking while obtaining quotes and placing purchase orders
• Source new vendors to increase value across quality, delivery, and cost, and effectively communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with preferred vendors
• Resolve performance challenges such as quality and delivery issues
• Build a strong working knowledge of current materials and appropriate vendor sources
• Demonstrate sound judgment when determining optimal quantities, substitute materials, and similar decisions
• Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
