As a Procurement Specialist 1, you will be responsible for providing support to various customers for their daily procurement needs. This includes handling specialized services and goods, implementation and evaluation of complex procurements such as RFQs, RFPs and IFBs, management and reconciliation of purchasing card transactions and utilizing different platforms such as SRM, SAP, and Jaggaer systems. Effective communication with internal partners and customers is crucial as you manage multiple stages of procurement activity. During peak periods throughout the fiscal year, you will collaborate with a team of other procurement specialists to ensure all procurement deadlines are met efficiently and on time. This teamwork is essential to fulfill mission critical obligations in an efficient and timely manner,
