You’ll be responsible for:
  • Lead category strategies, ensuring strong governance, capability, and delivery of high‑quality outcomes.
  • Build deep market insight to drive value through improved processes, performance and commercial activity.
  • Manage and develop teams, providing coaching, talent development and performance management.
  • Cultivate influential stakeholder relationships and support net‑zero objectives through collaborative delivery.
 
You’ll need to have:
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid construction and market knowledge.
  • Skilled negotiator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and delivering complex projects.
  • Degree‑educated with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS or equivalent).
 
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
