Position Description: Procurement Manager – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.


Location: Doral, FL


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full procurement lifecycle from planning through contract closeout
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with program needs
  • Conduct market research to identify qualified vendors and sourcing options
  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements
  • Perform cost analysis and support budgeting decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with project timelines
  • Maintain procurement documentation and support audit readiness
  • Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure procurement activities meet federal compliance and reporting standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
    OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in procurement management
  • Experience managing procurement activities in a federal or DoD environment
  • Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
  • Experience with contract management and vendor negotiations
  • Experience conducting market research and cost analysis
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and compliance audits
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting complex or multi vendor programs 
  • Experience aligning procurement strategies with cost and performance goals
  • Experience working with supply chain logistics in a regulated environment
  • Experience supporting audit readiness and procurement reporting

Certifications:

  • Required: None
  • Preferred: Certified Federal Contracts Manager CFCM, Certified Professional in Supply Management CPSM

Clearance Requirement:
