Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. With more than 20 years in FinTech, we’ve grown from start-up to industry leader by innovating, simplifying, and valuing people. We are a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with three business segments: Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power (a leading employee purchase program for consumer products and services using payroll deduction), and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform.

We are currently hiring a Procurement Analyst to support our growing, fast-moving business where procurement operates as a strategic partner, not just a purchasing function.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP): PROG is dedicated to providing people with opportunity; opportunity for inclusive collaboration, opportunity for innovation, and opportunity for development.

WE ARE: A collaborative, cross-functional organization focused on driving smart, compliant, and value-driven purchasing decisions. Our Procurement team partners closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to enable operational efficiency, manage risk, and uncover cost-saving opportunities. We value practical solutions, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships across the organization.

YOU ARE: A detail-oriented and curious professional who thrives in project-based work, enjoys navigating ambiguity, and is comfortable managing primarily services-based spend (SOWs, SaaS, marketing, professional services, ect.) rather than traditional goods procurement. You communicate clearly, balance competing priorities, and enjoy partnering across teams to drive practical, scalable solutions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Procurement Operations

  • Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, ticket management, and purchasing activities

  • Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding, contract tracking, and related documentation

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and audit requirements

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Act as a central point of coordination between business teams, Finance, and Legal

  • Proactively identify blockers and drive resolution to keep projects moving

  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for procurement system users

  • Balance speed, compliance, and business priorities in a dynamic environment

Analysis & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to improve spend and process visibility

  • Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

  • Support data-driven insights and continuous process improvements

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support and maintain procurement systems and tools

  • Identify inefficiencies and help design scalable, practical improvements

  • Help implement and drive adoption of process and system improvements across teams

  • Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation

YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project management, or a related analytical role

  • Backgrounds in project coordination, cross-functional program support, or systems/process-focused roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products; experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred

  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with natural curiosity about tools and processes

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfort working in evolving environments while maintaining structure and follow-through

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate needs and solutions across teams

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

This is not a traditional procurement role focused on goods sourcing or negotiations. This role is closer to program management within procurement, where success is defined by keeping cross-functional work moving, bringing structure to ambiguity, improving systems and processes, and enabling the business to execute efficiently.

WE OFFER:

  • Competitive Compensation

  • Full Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)

  • Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Paid Volunteer Time

  • Company-Matched 401(k)

  • Tuition Reimbursement

  • Employee Resource & Diversity Groups

  • Charitable Gift Matching

  • Job-required equipment and services provided
