We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team! This role will work onsite at our Byron Center, MI data center.
This Procurement Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process, ensuring timely approvals, policy compliance, and high-quality data across the procurement workflow. Serves as the central point of coordination between requestors, approvers, suppliers, and Finance/AP, while also providing analytics and insights that improve purchasing efficiency and accuracy. Responsible for supporting the purchasing process for all departments. Oversee all purchases related to products and services, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support operational needs and strategic initiatives. The Procurement Analyst also supports warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and physical inventory management.

This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
