Key Responsibilities & Leadership:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives a resolution that exceeds expectations.
• Strategic Implementation: Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans that drive growth.  Budget management. 
• Resource Management: Monitor equipment needs, manage procurement, and oversee IT/EMR system health.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, Billing to ensure seamless company-wide processes.  Oversee and manage multi-site physician schedules and relationships. 

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role, multi practice management strongly preferred. 
• Education: 4-year degree from an accredited university required.
• Technology: Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems (experience with Nextech is a significant advantage).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for building cross-functional relationships.

Great to have:

• Master’s      degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in multi-site clinical management.
• Experience managing an ASC
