Potential Harm to Driver (PHD) Program Analyst within Amazon's Global Security Operations (GSO), you will play a crucial role in protecting our transportation workforce through investigation, and implementation of mitigation strategies. This position requires analytical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining strict service level agreements.

Key job responsibilities
Potential Harm to Driver (PHD) Program Analyst conducts thorough investigations of reported safety incidents affecting Amazon's transportation partners. You will analyze incident reports, review evidence, assess risk levels, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will ensure swift resolution of safety concerns while balancing customer impact and transporter protection.

A day in the life
- Review reported incidents of violence, threats, and harassment targeting Amazon transporters
- Review and analyze multiple data sources including, Netradyne recordings, and route data
- May conduct outreach to drivers
- Use mitigation strategy guide to determine appropriate mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) teams on customer outreach and account actions
- Document investigations and maintain case records
- Provide recommendations for address exclusions, account restrictions, and other safety measures


- Experience in relevant industry fields like operations, risk, or fraud investigations
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing projects and working independently

- Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload
- 4+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience leading continuous process improvement in a technical support environment
- Strong commitment to transporter safety and customer experience
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging threats

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
