The Plant Operations Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for all 2nd shift production operating at our Salt facility in Saint Clair, MI with moderate degree of complexity. In this role, you will oversee and hold this salt operating facility accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.

• Schedule is 4 days on, 4 days off 2nd shift position typically from 5:30pm to 5:30am. There are also some events that might need to work on the weekends and on-call.
