At Marketing Impact, we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Picker/Packer & Inventory Associate to join our Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our Operations team, you will:
- Accurately pick products according to work orders and customer requirements.
- Inspect products and verify quantities before shipment.
- Pack and prepare orders to ensure they arrive safely and meet customer specifications.
- Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and outbound shipments.
- Support shipping activities, including loading and securing products for transport.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Support Assembly, Merchandising, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and other production teams as business needs require.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company quality standards, inventory procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Identify opportunities to assist the team and proactively support operations during slower periods.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Certified forklift operator with 3–5 years of forklift experience.
- Commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work.
