As an Equipment Operator with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, you play a vital role in keeping our roadways safe, especially during the demanding winter months when snow removal is essential to public safety. Your work goes far beyond plowing—you will also support a variety of construction and maintenance projects where your skill and attention to detail directly influence the quality and reliability of our transportation infrastructure. Each day brings hands-on, physically engaging tasks that highlight the importance of teamwork, communication, and dedication.
