As a Payments Operations Financial Analysis Vice President in the Finance Management team within Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you provide strategic financial analysis, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver value-added reporting that informs leadership decisions. You will build trusted relationships across Payments Operations, strengthen financial controls, and help standardize reporting across lines of business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting aligned to business drivers, initiatives, and investments
  • Deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reports and assessments, including dashboards and business review materials, with insightful trend analysis
  • Build end-to-end financial analysis and operational metrics reporting to inform decision-making
  • Partner with Operations and Business Management to align financial architecture and reporting with strategy and objectives
  • Integrate cross–line-of-business financial hierarchies to enable consistent, scalable reporting
  • Serve as the trusted financial point of contact for Payments senior stakeholders
  • Strengthen and maintain robust financial controls and processes
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Drive adoption of transformation initiatives across Finance & Business Management (F&BM), aligned to global best practices
  • Produce executive-ready materials that clearly communicate key messages and anticipate senior management questions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting/controller roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and in data visualization using presentation and business intelligence tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to tailor detail to diverse audiences and demonstrate executive presence
  • Independent, sound decision-maker who appropriately challenges the status quo
  • Team-oriented, inquisitive, and critical thinker
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines; adaptable under pressure
  • Results driven, proactive, comfortable sharing ideas and opinions; resourceful

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • MBA or CPA
  • Experience with expense allocation methodologies
  • Proficiency with data preparation and automation tools
  • Experience in Payments operations or financial analysis within large, complex organizations
  • Experience building operational metrics dashboards and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with executive-level reporting and business review processes
  • Experience leading cross–line-of-business financial integration or standardization initiatives
